1. Information we collect
BorderGuide collects information to provide better services to all our users. We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, use our AI relocation planning features, purchase a subscription, upload documents, or contact us for support.
When you open an advertising or campaign link or use the app, we may also receive device and app identifiers, install and app-open events, and campaign or deep-link information.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our services. This includes personalising features such as custom itineraries, setting appropriate cost estimates, communicating with you, and protecting BorderGuide and our users.
Your itinerary and planning data is handled securely to provide relevant guidance and insights. Campaign data is used to measure advertising performance and attribute app installs and opens.
3. Service providers
We use service providers only where needed to operate BorderGuide. These include OpenAI for AI-assisted features; Apple, RevenueCat, and Korapay for subscriptions and transaction handling; and AppsFlyer for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, and deep linking. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data security
We work to protect BorderGuide and our users from unauthorised access to, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. Documents and IDs uploaded into our secure storage ecosystem are encrypted in transit and at rest.
